Regina Elisabeta 28
OSPINAS & CO. acquired the Regina Elisabeta 28 building in sector 5 in 2005. The building dates back to around 1884 and is located in the center of Bucharest, on the main Regina Elisabeta boulevard.
After the completion of the works, the company started leasing business as commercial spaces on the ground floor and as offices in the rest of the building.
The building has the following spaces:
- 2 commercial spaces in:
wing A is the space A0 with an area of approx. 200 square meters;
- wing B is the space B0 with an area of approx. 130 square meters;
- 12 office spaces (between 109 - 123 sqm each).
From 2012 until now, the company operates as the owner of the building with rental activity. Our building has reconfirmed its reference position for architecture and historical importance, being an emblematic building of the boulevard, also contributing in this way to the development, resilience and restoration of the historical center of Bucharest.
